Geared for foodservice managers to understand the latest FDA Food Code and food safety practices and to help your establishment create a culture of food safety. Participants will learn foodborne pathogens, flow of food safety from purchasing to service, creating management systems and more. Course fee includes ServSafe Manager certification exam fee.
