In this course, you will learn what a Quality System is and how it can improve the productivity of your company. Focusing on the quality of your systems will yield an engaged workforce, documented and effective processes, metrics for success and a quality mindset for continuous process improvement.

Did you know that $5,600 in mistakes (loss) would cost your business $37,333 to recapture? This is not a “what if scenario.” If you operate a business and don’t have good quality systems in place, loss is happening each day. If you don’t have systems in place to track quality vs. error, you wouldn’t even know why you worked so hard and didn’t make the expected return.
